Legitimately better than Mario Kart

This low quality shovelware game was made with more passion than most AAA games today.

Probably the best port of one of my favorite RTS games. Runs super well on the steam deck too.

I didn't have any expectations going into this game, I've only heard of these games in passing. So I was pleasantly surprised when this game ended up being one of the best fps campaigns I've ever played. The story and characters were interesting and kept my interest until the end. I love the immersion of knowing when to use your gas mask, and having to scavenge around to find extra filters and ammunition to survive. I played on hardcore difficulty, so the combat was always challenging and never felt unfair. The only real gripe I have with the game is the low health warning system. The screen will violently flash red when your critically low on heath, witch normally wouldent be a huge issue. But when med kits are hard to come by, your screen will be flashing so often and for so long that it actually hurts your eyes.

Overall I think this game is under too many peoples radar. It's really freaking good. Play it.

It feels like they got a single intern to port this game. Using a Rtx 3080 and a i7 13700k, I had to crank all the graphics settings down to medium-low, put the resolution down to 1440p just to get 25-30 fps, and it still had a stuttering problem.

Unironically a better Pokemon than Pokemon.

Vampire survivors, but better

The game is still realty good after all these years. But there was a lot of old game jankeyness it. Like game breaking glitches that cause you to reload and sometimes hard to tell what your supposed to do next. But everything else was good. The combat and the atmosphere (especially the sound design) was still really effective and fun.

Definitely one of my favorite JRPG'S. Iv'e beaten it multiple times, and it's what got me into the nep verse. If your a fan of cute waifu's with funny dialogue and and turn based combat, pleas give it a try!
