This game is very cute and heartfelt, I just don't feel that it's worth the price. It's very short, I completed it in about 4 hours; I've gotten more time out of cute little games that cost half the price. I bought this game on sale for $8, which I think aligns more with what you get out of it.

We must close shut the jaws of Oblivion

Followed the advice of other reviews and played in windowed mode. I'm on Windows 11 and I was able to play every level to an expert score with zero crashes.

The Diner Dash games will always have a special place in my heart. It's heartbreaking to me that this is the only installment in the main series available on Steam and that it doesn't even come with the expansions. It was wonderful to relive some of my childhood for about 10 hours though. I remember getting Flo on the Go for my birthday one year and I was SO EXCITED that you could change her clothes. I played all the Dash games over and over. I hope that I can find Diner Dash 2 and 3 somewhere (I never played the first one, or the fifth one).

Edit: I was able to find the rest of the Diner Dash games, the expansions for this game, the rest of the Cooking Dash games, the rest of the Wedding Dash games, the second Hotel Dash game, Doggie Dash and Parking Dash! :)) I found most of them on (old games download .com) and the rest on (my abandon ware .com). ((Remove the spaces on the websites)) I also found all of the Cake Mania games on Internet Archive. They all have the same issue: PLAY ON WINDOWED MODE!! Have fun everyone! Time management fans unite!

I can't believe that it only took me 7 years to 100% PvZ on Steam

A super nostalgic game from my childhood. My siblings and I would recreate the dances that the guests do when my mom would play. I also remember getting frustrated playing as a kid and wow, some of these levels are pretty tough!

Played the whole game on Windows 11 in full screen, the cursor was glitchy the entire time but it didn't really interfere with gameplay (if you're sensitive to flashing lights/images definitely be aware). After beating the game I messed around a bit in windowed mode and it seemed that any graphical issues were resolved in windowed mode.

I absolutely recommend this classic. I can't believe it's been almost 20 years.

What a delightful game. I don't know why I waited so long to play it. There's so much personality in this game without ever coming off as tacky or annoying. Just an absolute gem.

I thought I wasn't going to like this game much. I thought "It's just fishing, that's boring"

Little did I know that the gameplay loop of fish, sell fish, stock up on bait & sodas, repeat would be so satisfying

Wishlist for future updates/paid dlc:
- More clothing
- More colors of current clothing
- More fish
- More props & animations

The Papa's games are nostalgic classics
