Finished this in around 10 hours, to me personally it's one of the best if not the best game of 2022. I was really surprised about how atmospheric this game was. I also went in completely blind and had no idea what it was about and in which direction it headed. Since I love everything HP Lovecraft, this was a bonus surprise.

For me this is the first time a point and click adventure hit completely perfect, I would rate it as high as the old Lucasarts classics. You can tell how much I liked it just by the fact that this is the first time I wrote a review ever.

I hope for more games by these dudes.

Finally a great U-Boat sim, I've been waiting for ages, even in alpha it already looks great

First of all, this game is great fun. Playing as a survivor and hiding from the killer is great and it has a great atmosphere. Being the killer is also fun, but it can be stressful since these maggots can be all over the place and you only have one chainsaw.

PRO:
- Great atmosphere
- Interesting Level up system
- Great sound design
- No ingame voice. No damn ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥+squeakers swearing, ruining the atmosphere.
- Killing people is fun, learn to love your dark side
- The killer can't be killed, feel free to hunt
- Cheap

CONTRA:
- No ingame communication, comm via your hands would be great ("Follow me", "Wait here", "Silence" etc.)
- As good as no adjustable settings for users, basic stuff like "mouse sensitivity" is completely missing
- Game feels like a beta, crashes often, has to be restarted due to gfx problems etc.
- Playing as a killer takes sometimes up to 5 minutes for anyone to show up in lobby
- Several issues with players disconnecting
- Balance issues

It looks like there are more contras than pros, but listing stuff that's annoying is just easier. Overall it's a great game which the devs constantly work on and improve so far.

Great game, it's always an option when you have some time to kill and you don't really know what to play.

Like DayZ? Like LEGO? Then this game is for you. It's free-to-play, give it a try. It's deeper than you might think and actually has some pretty clever stuff that I'd like to see in DayZ.

Still the best teambased shooter out there. CS 4 ever.

Bought the "Steam Special Edition" and after the installation you are FORCED to register the game and you can't play without clicking a link in the activation email. I'm waiting since 3 hours for the email, I tried 3 different accounts now.

- Screw this forced activation
- Screw this email system
- Screw the company and anti-piracy system

Go pirate it somewhere, at least you won't have to wait for hours to actually play it, even though you paid for it.

Edit: My activation email just arrived. 25 hours later. That's a new record, innit?
