I'm a self-declared metroidvania enthusiast and let me tell you, NOTHING comes close when it comes to sheer production value and innovation power in the whole genre. We will be having silksong inspired metroidvanias for YEARS to come because of how fluid hornet's movement is. The map is extremely big, the music is awesome (nothing beats a good orchestral track imo), the game is fun (if sometimes mean and stupid difficult, but not path of pain level difficult). There are other metroidvanias that might be better for you if you can't take this game's difficulty, but Hollow Knight Silksong is definetly... peak.

I could write on and on about this game, but we'd be here all day. To honor the spirit of the game and fit in to the puzzle mood, you figure my opinion out. Call it a strange jigsaw or something?

This game isn't for everyone (guess that's a major complaint by hardcore FromSoft fans taken care of, just in a monkey paw kinda way): You gotta have friends or good comms with randos, good RNG and good comprehension of the combat flow. This isn't your typical FromSoft game and it shows. Is it bad? Hell no, i enjoy it as any of their games i played to date. Could it get a few kinks hammered in with patches? Sure, the dragon kicked our ass with his bloated health pool - nothing a patch can't fix. The main thing to is just to sit back and enjoy, go with the game's flow and see where this experiment takes you.

The game is fun (as far as clickers and such idle games go). One thing i'd change would be granting the achievement birds some egg generation, but other than that, yeah, neat game.

While the difficulty spike is vertical, the game is bloody brilliant. You are doing yourself a disservice by not playing it or at the very, very least watching a gameplay that covers the whole story.

Also, music by Mili is ALWAYS a sign of an amazing game.

You might think that a game about shaking a rat brings nothing new to the table.
You might think that this is a joke game, with funny rat making funny noises.
You might think that you won't be shaken after you play this game.

You would be wrong.

I think this game is a masterpiece, perfectly timed and balanced, not overstaying its welcome and doing something truly unique.

Worth the money, has some flaws, but it's a long, good game.

The game is real good. Like real, real good. Like so good it makes you want to reach moksha. Like so good you want to reach NIRVANA. Like so good you want to believe the simulation theory. Like so good. 10/10, didn't enjoy the plot twist that much, couldn't reach MOKSHA
