All the chill vibes of the first game with some great quality of life features.

So, spoiler alert:
It's a gun safety PSA disguised a horror game. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that, but the execution left it feeling limp. You think you're on the brink of solving an interesting murder mystery, only to then have the ghost child walk you through every step of unloading and securing a fire-arm, because obviously a child is going to know that? Would've made more sense if it was the dead father doing that.

I still recommend trying it, as it is an interesting concept, but I do wish the ending didn't feel so abrupt and weird.

I really wanted to give this a chance, but I couldn't. Straight away the voice acting was pretty bad, which I was able to forgive. But then you have random jumpscares ruining the atmosphere, a fire torch with particles that constantly get in your way whenever you move, no FOV slider...the straw that broke the camel's back for me was the endlessly spawning spiders during one part of the tutorial, which just made me want to stop.

It's a shame, because I really liked the idea, and the character artwork is really nice.

It's...ok. The graphics are nice, but the gameplay and the puzzles weren't great. Certainly would not describe them as "innovative yet straight-forward". Unfortunately, like some others have also said, I can't recommend buying this at full price.

It's got offices. It's got liminal spaces. It's got pixels. It's got existential dread. It's got butterflies. It's got corporate gaslighting. It's got non-Euclidian spaces. It's got keyboards. It's got cockroaches. It's got vibes.

Been a fan of Vlad's work for a while, so this was an obvious purchase for me. I still have yet to fully explore the collection yet, but what i've experienced so far has been a blast, especially Hellenore.

Also, as someone who absolutely loves the original Namco Museum games for the PS1, back when there was a virtual museum to walk through, I absolutely adore the museum mode. I honestly lost a lot of time just wandering around and enjoying the vibes!

A nice little investigation game, though admittedly the ending is a bit anti-climactic. Still worth playing though!

If you like Doki Doki Literature Club, you'll also like this. I shan't say more than that.
