Difference between what seller gets and what buyer pays has increased
When I list a card on sale, and I put what I want to receive as say 8 cents, in the past the buyer would pay 10 cents, but now it is 12 cents. Why the change?

no one knows... in most regions prices and fees increased a lot without any notifications

The Community Market has been updated to use a new minimum amount for sale price, publisher fee and Steam fee that is consistent worldwide. This change is intended to make access to extremely low-cost items consistent for users in all currencies.

Its what answer i got from steam support

Ah alright, sounds like it's because they are now converting currencies to USD, thanks then
