Halloween 2024 update fixes

Font scaling changes
Added medals back to the scoreboard (though they are very small - in the default HUD too)
Linux fonts added
Other small changes by Valve

Due the UI scaling changes by Valve, some texts may look bigger if you're playing with a high resolution (height 1200px or above). If you don't like the new font sizes, you can try to lower them in your theme.

The update also broke custom chat font sizes. If you have set a custom chat font size in your theme, the size value is probably too high now. Halving it worked for me.

yo if im on a 16:9 monitor but play on 4:3 stretched, do i tick the Screen aspect ratio 4:3 override or nah?

Could you please update the website to upload the preview images when creating a HUD onto somewhere other than imgur? It's blocked in the UK and I have no way of viewing them anymore which is really annoying when trying to update my HUD.

Anyone know how to adjust my teammates and enemies background frame. i messed with some settings now everytime i die/load into a game the bar is full white at the top
