Discontinue steam chat app
Dude, being honest, this app has been 2 years without any updates and since the beginning the same critical bugs have been reported and never fixed (and probably never will be fixed, apparently). If you are not able to update the Steam app and Steam chat at the same frequency, the rational thing to do is to discontinue what is not worth it, better than having an app that knows if it has the same security as before, frustrating everyone for nothing, and unifying the two apps into one app!

No thanks. I don't want the Steam chat url phishing scammer app to be tied in to Steam 2FA app on my phone.

Cyber criminals that operate chat room bot url phishing malnets "this is for you" - :secretgift: are a security concern that Valve doesn't seem to care about.

How bout it Valve? What not care more about phishing cyber criminals in public chats?

It's been a while since I've seen these bots in the communities I frequent, and what's more, I just don't click on the link! Whenever I report these accounts, they go down!

When Valve introduces the same function as Instagram to block not only the account but also the device, it would be a great help.

Ironically when I was setting up my new phone and signing in to everything again I saw that Sony did that by discontinuing the messages app so there's already precedence
Really sad...
