The penis size should be a volumetric measure

Let me explain: Western culture popularized the obsolete unit of centimeter as the common yardstick for comparing penis size. But it is now the year 2021, we are on the way to becoming a multi-planetary species; uniaxial measurement for a 3D object that we all own is medieval and simply out of date.

I propose a new unit: milliliters - but should this prevail, I would like to suggest Venus penis points as the unit for penis size, as I am sure that I will be the first person to suggest this.

The new methodology for measuring the penis should be as follows:

The penis is inserted into a measuring cup until it cannot be inserted any further.

The volume of the displaced fluid should correspond to the penis volume.

The conversion is made that 1ml of displaced penis water = 1 Venus penis point.

Please help me get rid of this outdated system - it mistakenly draws a world of penis size based on length; perhaps residents of larger than average African nations have gained an unfair advantage over our Asian brothers; we are using a RACIST system based on length rather than volume to discriminate against penises worldwide.
