Hello!

We're a new Indie company that just formed a few months back. We decided to kick things off with a puzzle game called Depixtion that is based off of the Picross formula.

Picross has been pretty much the same for the last 25 years, with most games being released by Nintendo-owned developer Jupiter. Since the genre has stagnantated, we thought we would switch things up by incorporating a color mixing mechanic. We took it to E3, where quite a lot of people played and loved it! We've been reaching out to Curators who we thought would be interested in checking Depixtion out, hoping to show everyone some Picross goodness! *edit* Ok, my utter failure to progress beyond, at the most, quadrant 3. I think I"ll go kill some diggles over in Dredmorlandia for tonight and return to dying for the Federation later.

I feel MUCH better about my utter failure to win at FTL :)

FTL has two modes. Hard (known as Easy) and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ What (known as Normal). Really these misnomers are the biggest flaws with the game. After the ridiculous, lazy cheat of a boss fight at the end, of course.

I think everyone sucks at FTL?

I sort of enjoyed Dead Island 1 -- then again, I just watched the hubs play through it and had a ball making fun of the game and watching him :)

I SUCK AT FTL. MASSIVELY. And I'm playing it on EASY. *fail*

Oh yeah, it totally us but I must admit I got a cheap thrill from the combat. Slashing bits of zombies up (gotta use the controller for analogue controls) kept me going far longer than the falling over simulator really warranted.

Yeah, that's the thing - it is -ace- then you leave the beach and it's like, what are you doing now? What possessed you? Suddenly you go from this almost Skyrim-y explorey RPG thing into the most hateful rip off of Left4Dead's nasties thrown into an awkward to navigate city area. And it just loses it more and more as it goes on :(

For me, Dead Island was fun, until I left the beach. That bit was fun. The rest seems a bit grindy. That might just be me though. And weapons break far too quickly. IT'S A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IRON BAR! How quickly can it be damaged by smashing skulls?

If for some reason you still haven't played Dungeons of Dredmor, go buy it already and play it! Roguelike + sense of humor + easy mode = WIN.

A little bird tells me that people play L4d2 often here. I've never played it before, but would like to try it with people. :)
