由于顷见家族和云野家族从很久之前便建立了主仆关系，顷见加绘梨在诺克斯事件爆发前是莉莉丝大小姐的贴身女仆。平常她负责照顾莉莉丝的饮食起居各个方面，也是莉莉丝最重要的朋友。诺克斯事件大规模爆发时，加绘梨正在她就读的初级中学上课。病毒迅速蔓延，学校不得不设立隔离检查点。加绘梨设法从学校中逃脱，并踏上了寻找大小姐的旅程。
Due to a long-standing master-servant relationship between the Koromi and Kumono families, Koromi Kaeri served as Ojousan Lilies' personal maid before the Knox Event. She took care of Lilies' daily needs and became her most important friend. When the Knox Incident erupted, Kaeri was attending her junior high school. The virus spread rapidly, forcing the school to establish a quarantine checkpoint. Kaeri managed to escape from the school and embarked on a journey to find Ojousan Lilies.
