What I feel is more important is avoiding the threat of "oh, I'll just pirate it then" or similar. It's essential that any comment wanting to be constructive makes clear that it's from a potential paying customer, and any threats to pirate the game, whether genuine or not, really do not help. If anything, they'll make publishers more adamant about using Denuvo in future. I also make it clear that I'll buy games when Denuvo is removed, and point to Hitman and Life is Strange as a result.
