The Following Are The Official Rules of the NighTeam Worldwide Gaming Community TF2 Servers. These Rules Are Enforced By NighTeam Moderators and Administrators. Next To The Offences Are The Punishment Occurred If Said Rule Is Broken. Please Note A 3 Strike Rule Is Implemented By NightTeam Community. If You Break A Rule 3 Times, You Will Be Banned.
If You Fail To Cease And Desist With Whatever A Mod Is Asking You To Stop With, It Will Result In A Kick From The Server.

If You Return To The Server And Proceed To Resume The Offense You We're Kicked For,
OR
Mouth Off To The Moderator About The Kick,
OR
Harass Said Moderator About Abusive Power,

Another Kick Will Take Stand.


1. Spawn-Camping: Spawn Camping Can Be Defined In A Number Of Ways. The Most Frequent Is A Player Lingering In Front Of The Spawn Door And Continuously Firing At It. Opposing Players Will Walk Out And Get Killed, Thus Being Unable To Leave Their Spawn Room.

By Spending Too Much Time Around Any Area Where Players Are Currently Spawning (Payload/Progression Maps Included).
If A Player Cannot Leave Spawn Without Taking Some Form Of Damage From A Lingering Player.

1.2. Spy Spawn Camping (Spy Camping). By Means Of Entering The Spawn Room Via A Glitch And Backstabbing Players As They Re-Spawn.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server.

1.3. Sentry-Spawn camping: All Premium Engineers Can Build Four Sentries, Making It Extremely Difficult For Players To Leave Their Spawn. (On Maps Where There Are 2 Separate Spawn Locations""2Fort"" If One Door Is Camped. That Is Still Spawn Camping.) Sentry-Spawn Camping Can be Defined As Any Amount Of Sentries Inhibiting A Players Movement To Spawn And Continue Gameplay.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning. If Ignored, Your Buildings Will Be Destroyed. If You Return And Continue Camping, You Will Be Kicked.

2. Mic-Spamming: Mic-Spamming Is The Act Of Verbally Saying Offensive, Racist, Sexist, etc. Words That Are Meant To Hurt. Mic-Spamming Also Includes Playing Annoying Music Repeatedly.
NOTE: You May play GOOD music IF AND ONLY IF a moderator is on said server and gives you approval, and majority consensus from other players. Music must cease if too many players complain and/or the moderator leaves the server.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Then A 30 Minute Mute. A Second Offence Is A Kick.

2.1. Text-Spamming: Text-spamming can be defined as the act of verbally typing out offensive, racist, sexist, etc words that are meant to hurt. It can also be considered spam to constantly ask for trade requests, spam what you are trading, beg for free items, etc.
Advertising other servers, websites, where to find hacks, pornography, or any such offensive material is considered spam.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Then A 30 Minute Mute. A Second Offence Is A Kick.

3. Hate-Speech: Be it on sprays, in text, or on Mic-Chat. This includes racial, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive material that target a specific person(s) or group(s).
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server. IF YOU COME BACK AND REPEAT THE HATE-SPEECH: BAN. NighTeam Does Not Tolerate Hate-Speech

4. Sprays: All Sprays May Not Have Any Nudity In Them. NO Bestiality, Child porn and/or Racist Swearing Either.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server.

5. Glitching: 'Glitching' Is Anything That Is A Game Exploit (Using Unnatural Game Function To Your Advantage). It Includes But Is Not Limited To Players In Opposing Team's Spawns, As Well As Sticking Yourself To/In A Wall/Roof For An Advantage.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server.

6. Hacking: Hacking Is Anything Not Deemed Normal Gameplay Mechanics, Including but Not Limited To: Aimbot, Wallhack, Speedhack, Radarhack, ROFhack, LOShack, Healthhack, Tradehack.
Punishment: Ban

7. Blocking: Placing Object[s] In And/Or Around Players Preventing Them, BOTS INCLUDED, From Moving. [Spawn Blocking Included]
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server.

8. Holding The Intelligence: Holding The Intelligence For Yourself And With That Preventing Your Team To Capture It.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server.

9. Impersonating: Impersonating A Nighteam Moderator/Admin.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, If Ignored Or Denied The Request To Change Name; Ban

10. Scamming: Scamming, Or Trying To, Means Getting An Item Without Giving Something Back For It, Or Leave After You Received Items Without Finishing The Trade. This Also Applies To Gifting Steam Games To Someone In Exchange For An In-game Item.
Punishment: Ban

11. Evading A Ban: When You Get Banned And Are Evading It By Making Another Account.
Punishment: Ban

12. Intel Sentry Camp: You May Have A MAXIMUM Of 4 Sentries In Any Intel Room At Any Given Time (Includes Room Outside Intel).

Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning. If Ignored, Your Buildings Will Be Destroyed. If You Return And Continue Camping, You Will Be Kicked.

13. Language: If You Are Playing On A Nighteam Server You MUST Be Able To Speak English.
You Must Be Able To Understand Moderator/Admin Commands.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Then A 30 Minute Mute. A Second Offence Is A Kick.

14. In-game players names: Names can't contain offensive words nor direct insults to other players. Offensive words are described as words who its unique purpose is to cause damage.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server. Come back and continue: 3 day ban.

15. In-game player avatars/images: You can't use sexually explicit images in your avatar.
Punishment: ONE Verbal Warning, Before The Offender Is Kicked From The Server. Come back and continue: 3 day ban.

16. Harassment: Harassment issues/cases will be viewed and discussed among the moderators to determine the course of action resulting in but not limited to a ban of one day to a maximum permaban as each case will be contemplated on considering the levels of severity, the amount of complaints and supporting evidences as well as prior offenses.
This is subject to change at the Admins and Moderation staffs discretion. Past evidence in these cases is admissible from this date May 1, 2012.
