To say that i have seen an Anime that changed my life, would be a lie.
But
To say that i have seen an Anime that radically changed my view of some things, ain't a lie.
But hard to start on which Anime that radically changed my view of some things.
And Violet Evergarden <3
Anime in general changed my life in other less profound ways though, being such good entertainment, when it's good, increases my quality of life immensely anyway. I love it, especially if it isn't just a throw-away there simply for the tropes.
It puts me in my happy place. Gintama, Symphogear, Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha... and too many others I could possibly name but I adore and they give me nearly endless entertainment and even sometimes a little emotion to go with it.

Anime audio if done right, is also the most intense voice acting (in japanese - I can't stomach the English usually, takes away from the intensity for me) it creates an intense audio/visual experience that dominates other forms of entertainment media by a lot these days.
Great anime + headphones and loud audio = happy place. Anything that puts me in my happy place these days is changing my life for the better no matter what - and I fear very much having the ability to go to that happy place taken from me by tyranny and taxes, censorship and intentional economic destruction. But ...I'll cut that one short there, time to go to my happy place - VG's or Animu's. It's my freakin day off, after all.
