Comments blocking ratings
It was reported in a comment of a news post but it did not get public response.

If a song got a comment already on it, you can't rate it, it says you already rated it and shows a 5/5 rating.

I took a look at the code behind the R&C (Rating & Comments) module a couple weeks ago, and I didn't notice any large issues with it, but I did clean up a couple things in the code which may help. If it keeps happening, let me know.

It keeps happening :(

I wanted to rate REDALiCE's Magnolia a 5/5 because jumpstyle is pretty neat and I didn't knew there was some in GR's library but I couldn't because someone commented :(

Just as a note (I know this was a while ago), this problem should be fixed. I did find something which had a strong possibility of creating this very issue a few weeks ago, and that section of code was re-written. Cheers~
