Could I have help mass deleting messages from an account that's sent heaps of inappropriate material in our official World of Tanks Blitz Store page group chat?

I have reported the account through the profile page but I have no way to delete all messages at once. I've banned the person from the group chat.

He still has a comment post on his profile of accusations.

He was dealt with by Matt and Spawn of Totoro. Soon as this person posted on our Steam Game Hub accusing me for not being an employee, he got instantly banned for trolling by Matt, I was amazed how swift he was. He then went over to the main public forum of the Steam Discussions accusing me. He was told a lot of times that I'm a moderator, I even have it stated on my profile I am a moderator for years.

The company Wargaming do not mod the World of Tanks Blitz Steam forum, we have employees who post events, but it's really just me as a moderator and the Valve mods that do anything related to the forum posts / threads.

Sorry to hear he keeps harrassing you so if you need me to look into it, let me know (or simply report his profile)

I'd like to say a huge thanks to all the Valve mods that have been assisting with a troublemaker on our game hub forum. Unfortunately, he isn't understanding that I am just a mod and nothing more.

Events are definitely being reworked.

Yeah, but it's just not directly related with moderation, but there are knowledgeable people like you and moderators of other hub who might've hit this problem and got an answer in more proper places ^^

Best practice is to not look or worry about reviews and let the flagging system do its thing @Suvitruf. My experience tells me if you mess with reviews your asking for trouble.

Right, one option was negated due to some recent changes and the other is bit more tricky but should still work. I'll update it accordingly when I get a chance.

On a more personal note, welcome. As a early Vive adaptor (I believe one of the few mods who didn't just experience it but owns it) I am very pleased to see your guys work and success.

Oh, so that was why it wasn't working. I thought Steam didn't like me joining groups (had a similar problem while the Unturned group, and poor Reaver had to bear me pestering him everyday). Thanks for the invite !

Ah, thanks for the clarification.

The bot only invites the user who makes the request, so in your case it would have invited you if you had not already been part of the group.

I'm having trouble trying to invite the remaining moderator on the Unturned hub as well. ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/Fran-war/ ) I've tried posting the member list on Scrowl's comment section.
