Brian Moser/Rudy Cooper

Brian Moser, also referred as The Ice Truck Killer, the N.H.I Killer, and by the assumed alias Rudy Cooper, is the first antagonist of the Dexter and a major character in the novel series of the same name.

He is the older brother of Dexter Morgan, who like Dexter, has the same urges to kill after witnessing his mother die. After Brian becomes discharged from a mental hospital, he begins stalking Dexter, also dating Dexter's adoptive sister Debra to get closer to him.
