Controller setting in Steam client that supposed to turn controller off on idle timeout isn't working properly. I set it up to turn off after 5 minutes, but it works inconsistently, sometimes not turning controller off at all. I'm using Steam Controller. Issue appears both in big picture and in desktop mode

STEPS
Select "Steam" from the main menu
Select Properties
Select Controller
Navigate to "Controller turn off on idle for..." (not sure, language of my Steam client is not an English.)
Select 5 minutes
RESULTS
Controller will either turn off after 5 minutes of idle or will not turn off at all

EXPECTED
Controller always turns off after 5 minutes of idling.
