'Play next' shelf does not show any recommendations
Instead of showing any recommendations it says: 'you don't have any unplayed games in your library'. In fact, I do have unplayed games. 'Play next' used to work for me, but all of a sudden it stopped working correctly. Any tips?

I have a simalar problem where My play next shelf only displays ONE game: Borderlands 2

It used to be a dynamic and working display a variety of games that changed as I played more
