When I set a developer or publisher to be ignored using the recently added developer pages, I really should not see them popping up in the FROM DEVELOPERS AND PUBLISHERS THAT YOU KNOW suggestions. I know them, and do not like them enough to go out of my way to ignore them - that should echo through the entire site.
