I have had my steam deck for 1 year & 4 months a couple days ago it stopped charging at 77% it’s not set on any limitations as far as charging goes so I let drain down to 5% and recharged it same deal? I used a different outlet different charger same voltage white light always on to keep getting same results . Steam’s answer is we can fix it for $125 estimated may be more can’t tell till sent in! I feel it shouldn’t be messed up it’s never been dropped it’s hardly used I play mostly on pc some switch 2 ps5 but for what I paid it should be in my opinion not working correctly it’s the oled version . Does anyone please have any suggestions I’m at wits end nothing I do seems to work I can feel the charger you know how sometimes it can’t warm charging but right at 77% it stops 😡 when I look at battery health it says 98% with 8 hours left & battery discharging 72% to me it seems like the battery is fine but why won’t it charge past 77% ????? Please any can you help Ty in advance
