I'd like to see DLC marked as gameplay or cosmetic(non-gameplay) clearly
As topic says I'd like to have a clear indication on DLC store page and as a filter if a DLC contains any gameplay value.

Examples of non-gameplay DLCs:
art, music, wallpapers, skins etc.

Examples of gameplay DLCs:
new items(not reskin), new weapons, new maps, new characters, new story, etc.

That could be done via property that is to be set by publisher/developer per DLC and/or as store tag specific for DLCs maybe?
