Needs Refining
I really like the thing in theory, but in practice it's one page worth of DLC for four games I own. For two of them, I own all the DLCs for them and thus it is just recommending me things that are already in my library. For one of them, it's recommending me a DLC that I've set to "ignore" So really It only provided me with useful information for one game.
The thing needs to be expanded so it shows dlc for ALL games and can be further filtered. And most importantly, DLC that you already own or have set to "ignore" should be automatically filtered out from the list. I don't need to know about CK3's tours and tournaments DLC, I already own it, and similarly I've already told you I don't give a single ♥♥♥♥ about Skyrim's special edition DLC, so why the ♥♥♥♥ are you recommending it to me?

Currrently...Things does not look particularly effective. How about this.
Not the giant tiles for recommended games, but a table.

left side - games that user currently own, probably with some sort of icons for games with complete/incomplete DLC sets (all-not all DLCs bought, i mean). Filtering for genres, status of completion, number of DLCs available, years of release, etc.

Then, after clicking/taping on a game, on the right sise - an interface to do stuff with game's DLCs: buy, look at available, read about them, see their discussions - like in usual store pages. Bonus points - if there will be special links for dlcs which are collaboration with other games - like Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and Children of Morta, for example ( Visitors from Morta DLC ).

I write it because as of now, I personally own more than 430 games - and it's a hell to monitor all DLCs at this point for a large game list. Things already becoming complicated - especially when new DLCs being released for older, classical titles - like Neverwinter Nights 1, for example.

+1, I don't care about dlc I have, I need others
+1. Stop trying to sell me what I already own.
I also don't like that it says In My Library on the front page, but if I click more DLC for that game, it doesn't tell me which I own. Also, show more only adds 3 games at a time and starts at the bottom each time, so I have to scroll back up
