Example: I buy a game from my wishlist and have 7,50€ left
Before the update, i deactivated the automatic scroll feature, selected games below 10€, copied the page url to the browser, straight jumped to page 50 or 150, so I find the range very fast and effective.
You took now this option away, so I won't be able to spend my 7.50€ anymore on Steam.
Luckily i have no ammount left, and in the future I will use external stores such as Green Man Gaming to buy a key, because they actually offer this handy search features.
I am left here sitting, wondering why the UI designers are trying so desperately to incorporate these mobile inspired UI elements into Steam. People may use it on their phones, sure, but this is primarily a PC based application. If you want to incorporate mobile elements into the UI, then you should make it a toggle available in the settings under that section.
