Let developers upload their own microtrailers

As a developer the main issue I have with microtrailers is that the automatic edit of the main trailer to produce the microtrailer is not guaranteed to look good each time. It's also a hastle to have to tweak your main trailer in the hopes of improving how the edited microtrailer looks like.

I'd love to have an option on Steam's partner account to upload my own microtrailer to replace the automatically generated one.

Yeah. If I watch some recent clips you get the cuts from the Microtrailer plus the transitions of the video.

I wanna see gameplay and Art style when I see a trailer like this, not cinematic camera movements around loot boxes.

yeah there should be an option to let developers upload microtrailers for their own games, i think that they could let the user select the taken one ( normal ) and the dev uploaded one so u can see both the user's and dev one

Steam can just suggest a microtrailer to devs but also let them replace it with their own microtrailer.

You guys have forgotten the current clusterf*ck in mobile ads on social media?
That is what will happen if you allow devs to upload their own micro trailers.

There was 2 ideas, 1 is uploading microtrailer, Second is letting developer to choose or move shots of trailer.
