[Fixed] Overlay windows reset their position (since Nov 14th beta)
ISSUE
Dragging windows on the in-game overlay doesn't save their position anymore (They always reset to their default position after reopening them).

This bug first appeared in the Nov 14th beta version.
In all previous beta version this bug did not exist.

OS
Windows 10 (ESU)
Steam Version: 1763422420

STEPS
  • Start any game
  • Open the Steam overlay
  • Open the Settings window
  • Move the Settings window to a new position
  • Close the Settings window
  • Reopen the Settings window

RESULTS
The Settings window does not remember its new position.
It always appears at the old position.

This applies to all overlay windows.
Only resizing an overlay window (by border or corner) will actually update its position!

EXPECTED
All overlay windows should save their new positions when being moved (by dragging their title bars).

It should not be necessary to resize them (some overlays can't be resized).

EDIT: Fixed in version 1763757504.
