ISSUE
Any currently running file validation will be listed as "Completed" on the downloads page while it is still running. This means the same game entry is listed under "Completed" while simultaneously being the currently active item at the top of the page.

If you click on "Clear All" to remove the completed entry before the file validation is actually finished, the progress bar at the bottom of the main window will be stuck at 100% forever after the file validation has been finished.

STEPS

• Start the file validation of any installed game e.g. "Portal 2" (Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files)
  
• Open the downloads page (Manage Downloads / progress bar at the bottom)
  
• Notice the currently ongoing file validation of Portal 2 at the top of the page
  
• Notice "Portal 2" being listed under "Completed" while the validation is still ongoing at the same time
  
• Click on "Clear All" to remove the completed entry before the validation has been finished
  
• Wait for the validation to finish
  
• Observe the progress bar at the bottom of the main window

RESULTS
The progress bar at the bottom of the window is permanently stuck at 100% until a client restart or another validation / download is started.

EXPECTED
"Portal 2" should not be listed under "Completed" while the file validation is still ongoing. Only after the validation has been finished, should "Portal 2" be listed under "Completed", just like with downloads and updates.
