Music Player: Music albums always loop even if "Loop" is disabled

ISSUE
When playing a soundtrack album in the Steam Client, it will automatically loop after the last track instead of stopping playback.
This always happens, even if the "Loop" function is not enabled.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
- Download any soundtrack on Steam
- Go to the details page of that soundtrack
- Make sure "Loop Album / Loop Track" are disabled
- Click on the last track in the album to start playback
- Let the track end naturally (you can skip near the end to save time)
- Observe the playback behavior

RESULTS
After the last track ends, playback restarts with the first track of the album.

EXPECTED
Playback should stop, since the "Loop" function is not actually enabled.

Friendly reminder that this bug still exists.

Also, strangely enough:
If you press "Next Track" while playing the last track of a soundtrack album, then the player correctly stops playback. But not when the track ends by itself.

Please fix this bug.
