Music Player: "Previous Track" button causes skip when restarting track
ISSUE
The "Previous Track" button has two functions:
- First second of a track: Play the previous track (not if current track is first track)
- After first second of a track: Restart the current track

In the second case (restart current track) there exists an issue:
Restarting the current track will cause the music to restart again after two seconds.

The playback skips back to the beginning of the track at two seconds.
The playback / seek bar does not visually reflect this unwanted behavior in any way.

The issue does not occur if you first "Pause" the playback and then click "Previous Track".

The issue also does not occur if you restart the currently playing track by clicking on its name in the track list.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
- Start playback of any soundtrack album
- Use the seek bar to skip to the middle of the track
- Click the "Previous Track" button
- Listen carefully to the restarting track

RESULTS
The audio playback skips back to the beginning of the track at two seconds.

EXPECTED
No issues with audio playback.

Maybe you could always play the previous track to avoid this code path?
Or take a look at the functionality of the button if playback is paused; as said above the issue does not happen in this case.

Still not fixed in Steam version 1758581508.

Yeah, I don't think that's ever going to happen.

But Valve should at least make it reliable enough that it can play the soundtracks from Steam without playback issues. Otherwise, why even have it at all?

Users will just play the soundtracks with any other player on their computer, if the Steam-internal player has elementary issues such as the one described in this bug report.

Still happens in Steam Version: 1760396898
I know Valve doesn't really care about the soundtrack player, but you should at least fix these bugs.
