ISSUE
Scrolling down in the soundtrack details view shows a large empty space which serves no purpose. This also means there is a completely unnecessary scroll bar just for scrolling this empty space into view. Please remove this empty space and its associated scroll bar.

EDIT: Actually this empty space exists even for non-installed soundtracks.
Just an empty space below the track list and an additional scroll bar.

STEPS
- Install Portal 2 Soundtrack (any soundtrack with a long track list)
- Open the soundtrack details view for that soundtrack
- Scroll down next to the player controls at the bottom (don't scroll in track list)

RESULTS
Scrolling down shows empty space below the player controls.
There is an additional scroll bar at the right only for scrolling this empty space in and out of view.

EXPECTED
There is no empty space below the player controls.
Also, there is no unnecessary second scrollbar.

You recently fixed this exact issue for the in-game soundtrack browser.
(Player controls are fixed to bottom of window, no scrollable empty space)

Please also fix this bug for the desktop client.
