ISSUE
When opening "Recordings & Screenshots", the web page currently open in the Steam client becomes a black, empty page.

This does not affect the Library view, only web pages.
This only happens the first time after starting the Steam client.

STEPS

• Restart the Steam client (to ensure the bug happens)
  
• Click on "Store" to load the Steam store homepage
  
• Click on "View" > "Recordings & Screenshots"
  
• Notice the web page in the main client window

RESULTS
The web page in the main client window in the background becomes a blank, black page which can not be interacted with anymore. The URL bar also becomes unresponsive.
The only solution is to load a different page (e.g. click on "Store" again).

EXPECTED
The web page should be rendered normally and not become unresponsive.
