Mini profiles not working

When mousing over a avatar on the forums the mini profile does not display.

Hovering mouse over avatar in Steam discussions nolonger enlarge or show the animations. They are just stationary small images. Please fix it

i started with Friends & Chat after Win7 end-of-use notification update then from 2 last updates goes to Web version of Steam too.

Same, I've been having it for 3 days and thought it was my pc first then tried a few things and nothing. Good to know it's not on my end then. Please fix....
