launcher eror
ISSUE
After the latest update of CSGO and Steam, I'm constantly getting the following error and am unable to launch the game.

"Fatal Error: Failed to connect with local Steam Client process!

Please make sure that you are running latest version of the Steam Client and launch the game from Steam.
You can check for Steam Client updates using Steam main menu:
Steam > Check for steam Client Updates..."

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
Start Steam Client
Launch CSGO from the Library

RESULTS
I’m presented with an error pop-up as mentioned above.

EXPECTED
CSGO should launch

Seems to be a pretty common issue. For me it's localised on my desktop only, I tried launching CS from my laptop and it worked fine so it must be something about a program or app that automatically changes the files for CS even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game and Steam.

kind of the same issue when i try to launch the game with the dayz launcher it tells me "client build is an older build than the server, please update your game"
