With the program being regularly update the localization files are a bit out of date and need to be updated.

Requirements are fairly simple, be fluent in the language you are helping update and join the Discord server where we have an active ongoing translation channel.

Those who help translate will of course be added to the credits of the program for their ongoing help in improving the software experience for all users.

We are happy to finally announce the release date for the new version of SpaceEngine. Version 0.990 will be released on Steam on:

June 11, 2019


That’s right, it’s finally here. It has been a long road, this version was in development for almost 3 years. Of course, the development of SpaceEngine will continue after release, and thanks to Steam, updates will be easy and released much more often.
