Previously Without eac I have to ban people that are suspected to be a hacker but now with eac I have unban most of the people you're welcome to join again

Uhm dear admin i have been banned from you server forever and i am a legitimate player. I did not violate any rules that were stated. Please help with this issue. This is probably the onyl server i can play on that has good ping.
