It crashes every time. after 10 min of gameplay it is returning in lobby EVERY time.

It's not crashing, it forcedly returns you to the lobby. Hyper-V are competitive servers and playing vanilla is not allowed on them.

Are you inappropriate, dude? The header states that these are "Competitive servers". Leave the group if you can't or won't understand what that means.

As Visor said, the Server kindly reminds you that the server only allows Competitive play on the servers. HyperV is not meant for "Vanilla" gameplay.
Typing "!match" into chat will help you on your way.
