A. The default place for your crashlogs will be at: C:\Users\<Your user name>\AppData\Local\PAYDAY 2 there you can find a file named crashlog.txt.
An easy way to find the correct place is by doing a search on your machine for: %LOCALAPPDATA%\PAYDAY 2

1. In HoxHud steam group, click on discussions.
2. At the top of the page look to your right, right above the “Start a new discussion” button, located a search field.

A. It is the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components that are required to run C++ applications that are built by using Visual Studio 2013 (such as HoxHUD mod) . All you need to know is that you need it to run HoxHUD.

A. Your Anti-Virus or other security programs may throw a fit when they see HoxHUD files due to them being encrypted and the AV inability to be sure if there might be something harmful inside, it is called a false positive, keep in mind HoxHUD is officially approved by Overkill, the developers of PayDay2.

A. For the first part of the question, you should make sure HoxHUD related files and folders have an exception in your specific security programs to allow the mod to run properly and not be wrongly tagged as a virus/trojan (false positive).
For the second part of your question, there are so many security programs on the market and realistically you shouldn't expect us to know the features of each and every one of them, so use Google, Google is your friend in this case, not us.

A. For some reason IOBIT programs, Raptr snd Evolve* don't play nice with HoxHUD and by just having them installed on your machine, will prevent HoxHUD from working and often results in the game not launching.
The best solution is to decide if you wish to remove IOBIT programs and Raptr from your machine.
Here is an UNTESTED workaround for IOBIT, if it doesn't work, then again removing is the only option:

*Evolve's overlay in some cases can cause a crash of the game itself, unrelated to HoxHUD.

A. In some cases the wonderful sound file provided by Pete Gold (the voice of Hoxton) can be the cause of it, the mod comes with a self crashcheck file that should resolve the issue by itself, but if for some weird reason it failed to do so, then you might consider removing the hoxhud-initialised.mp3 file located in the HoxHud folder.

A. All of those things are features of the mod and not bugs.
1. You can chose to disable the "skip end screen" feature by going in game to options > HoxHUD options > HoxHUD extra options and ticking off the mark on "Auto-continue mission end screen.
2. You can do the same with the card pick (even tho it doesn't mater what card you will pick, the game decided before you even clicked on it what you going to get.).
To do so in game go to options > HoxHUD options > HoxHUD extra options and tick off the mark on "Autopick a card at the lootdrop screen".
3. You keep accidentally switching songs at "random" in the middle of a heist, then consider rebinding the keys that do so by going to options > controls > edit keys and rebinding the keys for "previous song" and "next song", a good option is the "[" and "]" keys for example.

A. Please try renaming the IPHLPAPI.dll file under PAYDAY2/lib/native to BLTCSE.dll.

1. Have you installed HoxHUD in the correct place?
2. Have you verified your game cache?
3. Have you made sure to install your VC Redist?
4. Have your security program\s “ate” parts of HoxHUD?
5. Have you made sure to make an exception in your security program\s for HoxHUD files/folders?
6. Do you by any chance have an IOBIT (for example: Malware Fighter / Advanced System Care ) or Raptr on your machine?
7. Are you running other mods that might conflict with HoxHUD?
