All the left wing news is currently spiraling with 'postcode discrimination' for car insurance, which is priced based on crime rates within the postcode.

Areas with the highest prices also have more melanated people in them.

Left wing media - 'Black people pay on average £307 a year more on their car insurance, this is indirect racial discrimination'.

Erm, well, if they stopped committing crimes, the prices would go down.

Why is it that people with a darker complexion can't stop committing illegal attrocities? Sub human filth.

I can't get a job in this inflated economy, and if I did get one, I'm sacked / cancelled within a month for simply being honest.

And apparently that has to now be considered a disability.

I can't tolerate neurotypical hierarchies, being told what to do by idiots, blindly following orders. Status quos are just fucking shit.

The idiots just fawn around me, sucking up, complimenting my intelligence, but at the same time offer zero opportunity or any chance, and keep on blaming me for not working.

To become a psychologist in the UK, you have to blindly adhere to the rules and codes set out by the NHS. If a kid comes in and claims to be a different gender, you have to just affirm it then push medical transitioning. You don't, and you lose your job and license to practice. Yup.

'Talking therapy works, depression treatment works, everyone experiences depression and anxiety at some point in their life'.

You are literally trained to gaslight / whitelight people into believing they are broken just so you then have patients to treat. Mental illnesses should not be affirmed. As many de-transitioners are now stating, they wish that someone had challenged them.

I could simply try to offer private mentoring and peer support, but with a mere undergraduate degree, which of the neurotypical or narcissistic fucks that litter society, whose going to bother wanting to pay me? Meanwhile they will continue spouting that the NHS doesn't work, while taking zero responsibility or accountability to sort their own lives out.

The entire notion of 'you must make / earn money to survive', when the channels through which one can earn money are so heavily gatekept by the government and medical institutions is just ridiculous.

I was planning to try and go into support or care work. It both pays nothing and the majority of such companies are hugely corrupt. They prefer to hire Africans with fake work visas because such people cannot complain, and have no employment rights, and can be as underpaid as the employers want, and be sacked at any time because their visas are fake. Nobody born in the UK is ever willingly going to do care or support work as being on benefits is better and you get just as much, and you don't have to deal with the corrupt and atrocious managers.

Benefits income - approx £20.5k a year, and don't have to work a single hour. Most jobs, including care / support work - work 40 hours a week, earn 21-22k a year, and now you also have to pay taxes, higher cost of everything, and aren't eligible for all the additional unemployment / disability discounts and support I currently get.

Like, wtf?

Also keeping benefits is easier than keeping a job, good luck not being made redundant, your company not going bankrupt within a year, or simply not being unfairly dismissed for not being politically correct.

Also my day 1 demeanour in any job today would be 'No I'm not doing that / reasonable adjustments / management or any other training from the start'.

My medical diagnostics and letters literally state that I can't even be lifting a finger or doing any physical activity. No employer wants that, no matter how much fake virtue signalling and lip service they pay and claim to support reasonable adjustments and positive about disability schemes ....

.... The employment programs I have been on, and I've voluntarily tried them all, the route the government takes is brainwashing with toxic positivity and whitelighting - 'Having any job is great, you get to be a functioning member of society, work improves your mental health'.

Speaking to many people on those schemes, they are just suckered into believing the BS.

Then an employer comes along - 'All this job is, is 3 months in the warehouse. You wont be allowed to work on checkouts or the shop floor'. They know how to shut down disability rights from the start, also such shit as 'Can you stand on your feet all day long? If so, you can work for us'.

They condition and manipulate disabled people to just do the jobs that no one with a functional brain would want to.

Then I'm talking to an 80 year old, frail woman. I challenge her with 'Are you sure you could work a warehouse job?'

She's suckered right into it - 'I've worked warehouse jobs before, I can do it, I really want that job'.

Even if she got it, in 3 months time the contract ends. The feedback will read the usual 'Great personality, nice woman, but her pace wasn't quick enough (I.E. too slow), and she will never be allowed to work for that company again - as happened to me in the last job I got through such a scheme.

The only way to remain employed, maintain a career, or progress in such situations is to raise a legal dispute through the employment tribunal of disability discrimination / unfair dismissal or refusal of rehiring, with the resolution of obtaining a permanent contract with all the legal protections and right to training and progression.

And believe me, asking for such from the beginning of the hiring process means you simply wont get employed, and the employers know all the right words to use to dodge accountability such as 'You were great, so amazing, but other applicants were stronger, and we had to give the job to be best applicant'.

And 'best applicant' basically means 'This person will just blindly say yes to everything, and do whatever they are told, and remain stuck at the bottom'.

This is further enforced by the toxic positive affirmation and validation lines of 'Wow, you're so important, I couldn't do what you do, you really should be paid a lot more, I raise the issue every year for people like you to be paid more', and you'll just remain stuck at the bottom, on minimum wage, for the rest of your life, sucking up all the lies and remaining a people pleasing gimp to be exploited, overworked, and paid literally nothing.

For something to be a choice, the ability to say 'no' without consequence or repercussion is paramount.

If any form of punishment, shame or blame is implicated in the refusal of an action, then the notion of choice is entirely absent in that decision.
