Anyone else kinda... dissapointed?

I know I know, but hear me out. Fallout 4 is great, but incredabillty buggy. This is as expected from a bethesda game though. I can deal with everything else and wait for a patch but one thing is completely ruining the game for me an pretty much everyone else. The damn framerate. It completely tanks for a few seconds all the time. Exploring or when in combat. Anyone else just so frustrated by this?

I'm a little sad Bethesda would release the game in this state :(
