Update.

Added admin suit v2 and v3

Added new weapons

Made it so X-8 Doesn't work as police.
Added loads of new weapons (will be on an NPC at spawn), new purple gun is broken blame elite.
Added Weed bank saving.
Gems now work through shields.
Blade printers also now combine, time to get them has also reduced. You can stack them 64 times (and get 64x the printers)
Freeze ray is now on a 5 second cooldown, and can be nullified by using a freeze gem
