Jared replied tonight, he's currently out of commission until further notice. TF2 server will most likely be updated within a couple of days.

For anyone who is wondering about DBI:

Currently, Jared is gone. We don't know where he is but it's been a month and he hasn't shown any sign of returning. The server is still running, however it is outdated and cannot be updated without the login. So until he returns, DBI is effectively dead.
