- You must send me an illustration/image/image to work on. The image you send will be animated.
- Check my portfolio before placing an order because I will provide you with the same quality service.
- Since animation production takes a lot of time and effort, returns are not accepted after delivery.

- The character picture you selected cannot be changed by revision. New character means new animation, which requires new order. Various elements such as background, frame, color, style are within the scope of revision.

- All work to be used outside of Steam requires the Commercial Use extra.
- Project files require extra payment (Photoshop & After Effects).
- Multiple characters require purchasing Additional Figures in extras.
- The delivery extension is GIF. Video files require extra payment.

Packages determine the animation quality, they contain only one animation.
