It would depend on which one crosshair you mean. For his toonhud or his custom made one? I will just tell both. Delfy uses the modern day toonhud with his customized crosshair available in the toonhud website. His older crosshairs are from Knuckles crosshair. The letter you want is p or v for his crosshair. If you want the hit flash you are going to have to dig a little more.
