Ledge Grab error hammer
Hi, I came to this forum to ask if anyone knew how to fix this. I'm making a map and I was told that the game itself measures if a fall is fatal, but it seems like I'm doing something wrong or my game is poorly made to not measure that the fall is fatal and to grab on. Does anyone know anything about this?

You can toggle "z_debug_ledges" for scenario testing but in the vast majority of cases it's due to the navigation mesh. Generate some tiles at the ground floor, where the survivors are intended to fall. I think the roof tiles and the ground tiles can be at most 50 units apart (aside from the height), unless it's setup like No Mercy's Rooftop.
