Ok cant use Overwatch to get this achievement. Watched a bunch of videos and every ones just walks up an kill two guys with one shot, and it dawns on me there weapon. So i walk to the nearest vendor bought a sniper rifle, walk back to the target and boom i got the achievement. Overwatch is the most OP weapon in the game but for this challenge dont use it.
