Humble Bundle is the leader when it comes to offering the best bundles. Usually there are 3 tiers each offering a certain amount of games.
The first tier is pay what you want (min $1 for steam keys), the second tier games are obtained if you beat the average price, and the third tier is a set price that unlocks everything.
