CGC Staff positions are reserved for people who are actively contributing to the Outreach/Fellowship ministry in some ongoing and significant way. The positions are not legacy titles and do not make us more or less Christian than anyone else. However all staff members are required to subscribe to Biblical Christianity, and subject themselves to Biblical Authority, along with the Biblical ideal of Christian morality.

Since we are a large group we do ask that our staff members are to focus on this game ministry. We're not a group for people who want to just collect admin badges; in other words, and if you are already a staff member in another online ministry/outreach, you probably have your hands full enough as it is.


Staff Guidelines:
The group should remain as loving and as tolerant as possible toward nonbelievers, to minister Christ Jesus Crucified to the world. Put on Christ and be Jesus to the nonbeliever. This does not mean we should ever compromise the Truth; we should never pretend sin is not sin for example, but we should always minister from a position of sincere love, from the heart. Do not stifle sincere dialogue or questions. Do not use mod powers for personal or petulant reasons.

To the CGC members:
In the unlikely event anyone feels they have endured admin abuse, contact the group owner any time for a private chat, providing logs and screenshots would be helpful-- It is important to remember that calling out moderators in a forum is a violation of basic netiquette and will probably get you banned, if you have a problem, take it up with the group owner.

Obviously Real Life™ comes first, and many of our founding admin have since moved on with Real Life™, or have gone inactive, or perhaps are even on vacation from admin responsibilities-- A decade is a long time after all, and we were founded in 2007. For this reason we list below our "Admin Emeritus" list, these are our former admin, or admin who, for whatever reason, are not currently active and so may not actually have admin powers in the group.
