the complicit profile has already been banned, however steam supports the correct one and you also ban this profile that uses your reputation (rep+) among other devices such as your steam level (52) and large inventory value enticing people and committing crimes of virtual embezzlement. This profile creates false stories to intimidate you and steal all your items with parallel accounts.
