Introduction:
Since the beginning of TF2 there have always been good players, but one day even they will cross with competition. The older a game is, the more increases the average skill level and another players become more challenging.
SvS is one of the gamemodes which is probably affected by that the most.
However, there is a big difference when it comes to what SvS used to be until 2015 and nowadays.
In the following we will explain the basics.

Membership:
If someone catches the eye of one of our Admins, he will be spectated for some time to find out how skilled he is. It has to be mentioned that we are NOT a group that only allow close friends to join, however, we accept everyone provided you convince us with your skill and playstyle.
We want to collect prestigious snipers in our group that are truly capable of dealing with consistent 2nd scopers and hard after scopers.

What is different about 1st scoping?
So when we say 1st scoping, what we mean by that is that you are the person who always shoots first in a SvS situation, which is the exact opposite of what consistent 2nd scopers and hard after scopers do.
1st scoping was straight about to die out. So we strive to keep that tradition alive. And of course, this is the main reason why this group was created.
Most of the time people don´t understand the purpose of 1st scoping. Such people want to get the enemy Sniper unlike we do. For us it is indeed important how you get the enemy Sniper, because both are two totally different goals. A 2nd scoper / hard after scoper wants to top score and win, whereas a 1st scoper wants to become a better Sniper. You see the point, we definitely recommend quality over quantity, because that is how you improve your aim.
We often hear from players that it is not possible to shoot first in all scenarios. Well, we actually think it is always possible, since you are free to shoot first as soon as you see the enemy Sniper. Nothing really prevents you from doing so, unless you have that mindset of a hard after scoper. They are so extremely focused on hard after scoping that they think it is impossible. Delaying your shot is a decision that you make!
Nowadays to play against so many 2nd scopers / hard after scopers is really not enjoyable. Everyone should just focus on shooting first in order to have fun and enjoy the game. If you die by that, just do not take it too seriously.

Here an example to understand the situation from above:
Let's assume that a 2nd scoper or a hard after scoper won in a SvS duel against a 1st scoper. What is the best explanation for that?
He waits for the best moment to shoot and hits the enemy with a greater probability since he just has to hit a still standing player.
To kill a still standing Sniper is nothing special to be honest.
To sum it up, a 1st scoper is always better than a 2nd scoper / hard after scoper.
