Looking for old-style Zelda Steam games
I'm looking for Steam games reminiscent of older Zelda games, ESPECIALLY the GB/GBC Zeldas (Link's Awakening and the Oracle games).
I do also love ALTTP, OoT, MM, WW, and TP.
I'm not really looking for suggestions for games like BoTW or TotK.

My favourite Indie Zelda-like game without a doubt to date has been Anodyne , just for reference :young:
I do have a bunch of games wishlisted in hopes they'll go on sale, like Tunic and Okami for instance.
During my research, I've seen quite a few recommendations for the Darksiders series, but I'm not sure that's really my vibe.

Hopefully that helps people understand what I'm on the hunt for! I really appreciate any suggestions! :D: Thank you! :8bitheart:

Whoa, wait, wasn't this an SNES game? I had no idea this had a remake! Thanks for the suggestions! :crtamazed:

I saw a lot of suggestions for this, too! I have it wishlisted, hoping it'll go on sale :happystar2022: Thanks so much!
Thanks to the recent efforts on decompilation. I am currently enjoying both OOT and Majora's mask in high resolution with upscaled textures. At 60 frame on top of that. It's a breathtaking experience. They now look like what I remembered from my childhood, (old games always looked better "back then" if you know what I mean...)

The only problem with this is unless you have the stuff I have. (Cartridge, gear and knowledge to extract the rom) You don't really have a way of doing it legally.

ETA: In regards to Okami, OP-keep an eye on Fanatical (legit 3rd party Steam key site) if you like any of Capcom’s other titles. They frequently include Okami in Capcom bundles. I recently bought Okami HD, the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy and the Resident Evil 3 Remake for a little over $6 each after using a coupon.

I absolutely second this. Okami is absolutely great. I loved that game. Must have bought it like 4 times across several platforms.
